Here is my first musical composition ever! I created this as a part of the Ableton Live course I did recently on Coursera (conducted by Berklee College of Music). The course was a lot of fun for me and I learned a lot. Of course, I am still very much a newbie as far as both, Ableton Live as well as music composition itself in concerned. I do not play any instrument and all I can say about music is that I absolutely love to listen to it. The great thing about Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software such as Ableton Live is that, really, all you need in order to make somewhat decent music is a good ear for what sounds good. No other skills necessary. (Of course, if you want to go beyond the “somewhat decent” level, you will almost certainly need to develop a lot of other skills, not to mention talent, I am sure. But at least you can get started and have fun along the way instead of spending years and years learning an instrument. And may be you might discover your hidden talent, which I am sure all of us have at least to some extent.)
